It's easy, just log in to your host area to :
- Track bookings and interact with travelers
- Manage periods of unavailability and adjust rates
- Display room types and number of units available
- Integrate an Ical link to synchronize an external calendar

Your accommodation will be available online as soon as the explorer, the partner or you add it to the platform by filling in the appropriate form. If you are not the one who completes the form, you will need to log in to your host area afterwards to update all the information about your accommodation, making sure that you fill in the room types, the number of units available, the availability calendar and adjust the rates if necessary. Then your accommodation will be ready for booking by our community of travelers.
Votre hébergement est mis en ligne lorsque l'explorateur, le partenaire ou vous-même, l’intègre à la plateforme en remplissant le formulaire à cet effet. Si ce dernier n’est pas complété par vous, vous devrez par la suite prendre en main votre espace hôte en vous connectant à la plateforme Vaolo. Vous pourrez mettre à jour toutes les informations relatives à votre hébergement en prenant soin de remplir adéquatement les types de chambres, le nombre d'unités disponibles, le calendrier de disponibilités et ajuster les tarifs au besoin. Ainsi, votre hébergement sera prêt à être réservé par notre communauté de voyageurs.
Action required from you when a booking request is made : ACCEPT or REFUSE the request quickly to confirm the availability of your accommodation to the traveler.
When a traveler makes a booking request for your accommodation on the platform, you'll receive a request by email with all the details of the stay. You will have to accept or decline the request according to your availability, which will generate an automatic response to the traveler concerned. If you decline the request, you can contact the traveler to suggest alternative dates.
Vaolo takes the traveler's payment details for the voluntary contribution, but payment for the stay is made directly with you.
2 options :
Payment directly on site, taking advantage of Vaolo's cancellation policy :
- 7 days before arrival date: no cancellation fees. Travelers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival
- 24 hours before arrival date: Partial payment. The traveler must pay 50% of the first night's stay and 50% of the first day's activity
- Leddss than 24 hours before arrival date: Full payment. The traveler must pay 100% of the first night's stay and 100% of the first day's activity.
Partial payment in advance according to your own policy : if you wish to receive part of the payment in advance, you can contact the traveler directly to specify the details of your payment policy and receive the deposit.
